Since 2004, Livesay Properties has helped homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee bring their vision for home to life.
From custom homes to thoughtful renovations, we believe every project should reflect the people who live there.
Our approach is simple: listen carefully, pay attention to the details, and help create spaces you’ll be proud to call home.
Meet Charlie Livesay
Local Roots. A Personal Approach.
Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Charlie Livesay has deep roots in the community he serves. As a husband and father of two sons, he understands that home is about more than the walls around us. It’s where families grow, memories are made, and life happens.
Through Livesay Properties, Charlie brings that understanding to the work of building custom homes and transforming existing spaces for homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee.
And when he’s not working on a project, there’s a good chance you’ll find him cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats.
A Better Experience, From Start to Finish.
Building or remodeling a home is a significant investment. We believe the experience should be as rewarding as the finished result.
